We recommend flying through SJC or SFO. Both airports have rental car services and designated rideshare pickup zones.

The venue is located in Aptos. If you are driving, you'll want to take CA-17 S through the Santa Cruz Mountains. The venue does not have parking, but its sister hotel, Seacliff Inn, will run a shuttle and has lots of parking. The Seacliff is located at 7500 Old Dominion Ct, Aptos, CA 95003.

There is a bus service, Highway 17 Express to San Jose, that runs through the Santa Cruz mountains and drops at Soquel Ave & Front. From there it should be easy to catch another bus or take Lyft/Uber. If you plan on taking an Uber/Lyft all the way through the Santa Cruz Mountains, we highly recommend looking into the app's scheduling function.

We know rental cars can get expensive, and so for some it may be cost-effective to coordinate with other guests to carpool. Send us a message if you are interested in carpooling and we will try to help get guests connected with each other!

Our venue, Sand Rock Farm, is also a farm, and there are some animals! Feel free to visit goats and chickens on the property.

Northern California isn't LA - don't be fooled! In August, Santa Cruz hits highs near 75 and lows near 55, and the venue is above the fog line and everything is outdoors. It might be cooler than you think! By all means, bring your shorts and your tank tops, but don't forget a layer. And DEFINITELY bring sunscreen!

Dinner will be served family style and has options that are vegetarian friendly and gluten-free friendly. Should your dietary restrictions need additional accommodations (allergies, celiac, etc), please reach out to us so we may notify the caterer.
